Rooms could use basic amenities like microwaves!!! Poor housekeeping service left rooms unclean upon arrival!!! Troubling noise issues from adjacent rooms made for an uncomfortable sleep!!!

My King Room was clean, but the internet was out, making it hard to relax.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Tru By Hilton The Colony. The front desk staff greeted me with warmth and enthusiasm, making the check-in process fast and efficient. My room was impeccably clean and tidy, creating a welcoming atmosphere for my relaxation.

The King Room was quite spacious and comfortable. I loved the blackout curtains—they really helped me get some solid sleep. Also, the bottled water was a nice touch. The only tricky part was the digital key, as I ended up needing a plastic card for my wife. But overall, the room felt modern and clean, which was refreshing.

The King Room was nice with cable channels, flat-screen TV, and free toiletries. I loved the refrigerator and hairdryer too. Fitness center and outdoor swimming pool were great. Air conditioning kept the room cool and alarm clock was helpful. Privacy curtains and wake-up service added comfort.
